The renovation/rebuild continues on the building know as the infamous Club Asia.  The walls are coming together inside and you can start to see some of the beautiful details that will be included in this gorgeous historic property.

Our wonderful clients bought this home not too long ago and took on its renovation as a labor of love to create the perfect home for their growing family.  They have been working diligently ever since to bring this beautiful property back to life and make it their own.  Below are some before and during pictures of the kitchen renovation.  Impressive!

The transformation of the former Club Asia continues with major progress on the exterior and framing shaping up the interior.  The skeleton is in place to make this a beautiful renovation and continue the revitalization of downtown Savannah.

It’s been nearly a two-year process, but the infamous former Club Asia will soon be a fully restored single-family residence. There’s hardly an inch in the house that will not have been improved in some manner. The second floor is now supported by an entirely new framing system, the roof has been replaced, new windows located on the first floor, foam insulation applied, new garage and rooftop deck being built, all new plumbing, heating/air, electrical, etc., etc. etc. This building has been in essentially the same condition as the original photographs since I first moved to Savannah, nine years ago, so I’m proud to take part in transforming one of the Landmark Historic District’s last truly decrepit buildings into something worthy of its surroundings.
